"The last time i was in Malaysia, i was marveled at the level of
progress recorded in that country in the last 20 years. Out of
curiousity, i asked my counterpart there how his country was able to
achieve this giant stride. The answer he gave me was simple; just take a
look at the educational sector where we have achieved 96 per cent
literacy. It was because we focused on it. That was why we are able to
make it".
