She told us that she met her husband in 2009 and they got married early this year after she got pregnant. When she gave birth April, her mother came around from where she lives because her husband's mother was deceased to help them take care the new born baby.

After normal maternity leave, she started working and her husband start his own yearly work leave. She will always left home to work in the morning leaving behind the baby, the mother in-law and the husband.

Around July, her mother sick and when she take her to the hospital, the doctor said the 46 year old woman is carrying 2 month pregnant.

After a lot of persuasion and pressure, her husband is responsible for the pregnant of her mother. This is the mother she loves dearly the way she loves her husband. 

Please advise her on what she can do
