General Buhari Silence Over Whether He Will Run Again Or Not

During the run up to the 2011 elections,
Muhammadu Buhari, Nigeria's former military strongman and veteran
presidential candidate said 2011 would be his last presidential run, but
when asked yesterday by journalists in Kaduna whether he would run
again, Buhari responded cautiously and said 'let's wait and see'.
This answer is bound to send shivers
down the spine of the pint sized controversial former minister of the
Federal Capital Territory (FCT) who many believes is waiting in the
wings to be crowned as Buhari's successful should he decide not to
contest in 2015.

ascended to the presidency when president Yar'adua died. He was one of
the first persons to declare that he could support President Jonathan to
